Early Life & Career

Asrani hailed from a Sindhi Hindu family in Jaipur. He studied at St Xavier’s School and later graduated from Rajasthan College, while doing voice work at All India Radio Jaipur. IMDb+1 He moved to Bombay (now Mumbai), studied acting at FTII Pune, and began his film career in the late 1960s.
